Terms of Service
The company Xing Helper (hereinafter “XingHelper”) provides to its users (hereinafter the”Users“) a service enabling them to update the data in their customer, prospect and supplier databases (hereinafter the “Data”) through various operations on the Data, such as cleaning, correction, synchronization, enrichment, organization of the Data or the automatic detection and merging of duplicates. The services provided by XingHelper (hereinafter the “Services “) are accessible via the macOS and Windows applications that can be downloaded to Users machines upon the payment of service fees according to XingHelper site https://xinghelper.com (hereinafter the “Site”).
The purpose of these terms and conditions is to define the terms and conditions of use of the Services provided on the Site as well as to define the rights and obligations of the parties within this framework. They may be supplemented, if applicable, by conditions of use specific to certain Services, which supplement these terms and conditions and, in the event of contradiction, prevail over the latter.
The Site, macOS and Windows Apps and Services are intended exclusively for professionals within the framework of their activity.
Within this framework, the Services are thus accessible, subject to the restrictions provided on the Site:
- to any natural person who has the power or authority to fulfill a commitment under these terms and conditions. Any natural person who does not have full legal capacity may only access the Site and Services with the agreement of his legal representative.
- to any legal person acting through an natural person having the legal capacity to contract in the name and on behalf of the legal person.
Acceptance of these terms and conditions is notified in the payment for services form. This acceptance can only be full and complete. Any registration subject to reservation is considered null and void. Any User who does not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions must not use our Apps and Services.
XingHelper will only store your email address you used when you filled the payment form on the Site only for further communication between XingHelper and the User. We do not sell your information to any third party and we do not run marketing campaigns on Users email addresses. We do not store your Xing account credentials and we have absolutely no means whatsoever to access your personal data.
XingHelper provides a data sourcing service to the User.
The Services are specified on the Site, in a form and according to the features and technical means that XingHelper deems most appropriate.
To carry out the Services, XingHelper has 2 (two) offers (hereinafter the “Offers”):
- URL: The User copies and pastes the relevant search URL from the indicated website on the Site (Xing is only proposed one as of May 14th 2021). ;
- Search Console: the User picks and chooses targeting criteria on the Site. XingHelper carries out the sourcing operations from there.

After clicking the “Start Now” button on any of our plans, you will be redirected to a special secure payment page of the bePaid processing system, the payment page will show the amount of the first payment. To pay, you need to enter your card details and confirm the payment by clicking the “Pay” button. After payment you will be sent access to our services.
We accept payments with the following bank cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro.
Refunds are made to the card with which the payment was previously made. The term for receipt of funds on the card is from 1 to 30 days from the date of the return by the Seller.
By making a payment, you consent to linking the card (Your credit card information are never stored by us) for subsequent payments using the saved card. By signing up for a monthly/annual subscription, you agree that funds will be debited from your card on a monthly/annual basis. The date of start and termination of the subscription is indicated in the email we sent you after we’ve received your payment.
Payment is made by bank card via the Internet
By clicking on the pay button, you will be redirected to a special secure payment page of the bePaid processing system.
The payment page will show the order number and payment amount.
To pay, you need to enter your card details and confirm the payment by clicking the “Pay” button.
If your card supports 3-D Secure technology, your system will prompt you to go through the standard one-minute cardholder verification procedure on the page of your bank (the bank that issued your card).
After payment, payment confirmation information will be sent to the email address you specified. Please save your payment details.
The payment page of the bePaid system meets all data transmission security requirements (PCI DSS Level 1). All confidential data is stored in encrypted form and is highly resistant to hacking. Access to authorization pages is carried out using a protocol that provides secure data transmission on the Internet (SSL/TLS).

Your access to our Apps will be terminated at the end of the last paid day within your subscription term.
Refunds are made to the card with which the payment was previously made, the term for receiving funds back on the card varies between 1 to 30 days.
You are eligible to request a refund if:
- You’re still within your 3 days trial period
- We did not send you a link to download XingHelper apps for MacOS and Windows within 2 working days.
